Well, I am back to night shift. I will be working 12 hour shifts every night (except one) between now & next Friday, then I flip back to days the following week. I am going to try to stay as active as possible, but when my body gets out of whack I lose strength & energy. My main focus is to stick to the healthy eating plan. That's usually not too hard considering that I can only eat what I bring in my lunch box, unlike on day shift where I still have the temptation of the cafeteria & gift shop.
Tonight I brought lemon pepper salmon, brown rice with veggies, fresh dark cherries, a peach, more salmon, and steamed broccoli. I also have some coffee to keep me AWAKE! Earlier today I had some granola, strawberries, a handful of lettuce & 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt covered raisins. YUMMMMMMMY!!!!!!!!!
For exercise today I just did ST. I watched a couple of episodes of NCIS Los Angelos & spent a good hour of that time doing ST. Guess I need to bump up the cardio, huh?
