Weighed myself this morning and I am officially 10 pds down
. Started at 237 pds. on 6/1/11 and this morning 7/15/11, the scale read 226.4 YAY ! It's a great feeling and now I am focusing on the next 10 pds. Loving and Enjoying Zumba classes, specially now that I am able to attend them more than twice a week. Consistency is Key !
