My kids are visiting their grandparents for one week. And let me tell ya...it is weird. No mid-afternoon texts asking me what to eat for breakfast. No requests to go buy sno-cones and candy. No chores left undone. Nobody taking my stuff and moving it to who knows where. No new messes when I get home.

No one fixing my dinner before I get home. Nobody saying hi mom when I walk in from work. No one to take out the trash on trash day. No one to do all those things I haven't had to do in years! LOL!

So...I had big plans when I found out that the kids would be gone for a week.

Clean their bathroom...I mean really clean it!
Clean out the cupboard below the sink.
Dance around nekkid!

Now (at least, right this minute) I don't feel like doing any of that! I wanna sit on my butt and read. I wanna sleep in. I wanna have no responsibilities for at least one full day! I'm not gonna get any of those. So maybe I should be productive? Or maybe not...
