The first 10 pounds seemed to come right off and now I am not seeing the scale move. I did what others suggest by looking at measurements and those don't seem to have moved either. I can see my face looks thinner, but I don't really notice anywhere else. I wish I had taken a picture when I first began the journey so I could look back at it and really see the progress. Maybe I'll do that and load it tonight after the kids go to bed.
