New 10%??????

Ok so my original goal that I set during the Fall of 2010 was to lose 10% of my body weight by the end of that year, while I did get close (about 6%), as they say... no cigar. So after being focused on other things for several months I am starting to turn my focus back on working out, getting in shape and paying more attention to making healthy choices. My question is should I stick to the original 10% # that I used in the fall or should I re-start with 10% from what I weigh now?? Thoughts?

    Sounds like you have not gained any of the pounds you lost back. So, in my humble opinion, just pick up where you left off and make the 4% to finish your original goal. You can set a new goal after that. Good luck, and good for haven't given up. I just started back this week myself.
