Ok so my original goal that I set during the Fall of 2010 was to lose 10% of my body weight by the end of that year, while I did get close (about 6%), as they say... no cigar. So after being focused on other things for several months I am starting to turn my focus back on working out, getting in shape and paying more attention to making healthy choices. My question is should I stick to the original 10% # that I used in the fall or should I re-start with 10% from what I weigh now?? Thoughts?
