This is completely amazing. I love this lifestyle.
And I can find so much information on the internet. I am discovering all kinds of raw ways to make recipes. Even tough I am sticking to the same pattern: all the fruits I want for breakfast, green juice for lunch and a huge salad for supper with plenty of seeds and nuts, I will usually make one recipe for something a bit different for one supper. So far I made: raw falafel, almond polpetta, onion bread, almond coconut "yogurt".
I am still full of energy and my joints are so flexible. I have no more pain in my knees. No more acid reflux. My skin looks amazing. My eyes are clear. And my blood pressure is always in the normal range : 107/77. I will be able to see the doctor soon to ask about reducing the dosage.
