We made it successfully through the first two weeks of the DIY Challenge!

As of 7/14, how many workouts have you completed?
emoticon I have worked out at least 30 minutes everyday except July the 5th.

What have you noticed about your mood/stress levels/sleep quality on days you worked out?
emoticon I have been much much happier and nicer to be around too I think. Sleep varies.

Be honest with yourself, how hard are you pushing yourself n your workouts?
emoticon Sometimes I'm BTW sometimes I'm just strolling along, but this did make me think about pushing a little harder.

Be honest with yourself, what unhealthy eating habits are you finding too hard to handle right now?
emoticon I'm working my way through all my fast food right now. I think its cause I've been broke and meals at home haven't been as pleasant, and I've been going strong for a month and a half and am wanting to be bad. However after Tuesdays calorie blow up I've not gotten anything with out knowing what was in it and making better choices then my old ones.

Be honest with yourself, to have a successful diet/exercise weekend, what three excuses must you banish?
emoticon We are out running around shouldn't we get to eat out (bad).
Everyone else wants too.
I worked hard this week, don't I deserve a treat/break.

What do you HOPE to do this weekend, exercise-wise?
emoticon I'd like to ride bikes with my husband again on Saturday again, maybe do some swimming, p90x stretch, and my work out week starts on Sunday

What WILL you accomplish this weekend?
emoticon I WILL get my food back in order. I will get good healthy color fruits and veggies back in the house. I will not slack on my workouts

BONUS: FIGURE OUT A SMALL DAILY/WEEKLY/OR MONTHLY RITUAL TO STRENGTHEN YOUR SELF-ESTEEM!
