After several days of working out and eating well, I managed to blow my nutrition goals after one night out with the girls. I was still on track until my appetite hit on the way home. Weirdness set in when I realized I wasn't upset with myself. My main thoughts turned into, "Okay, so tomorrow I can exercise a little longer, then I'll be in the pool and making better food choices. The positive thinking is new for me; think it'll be good to keep up with.
