Weird reaction for me

After several days of working out and eating well, I managed to blow my nutrition goals after one night out with the girls. I was still on track until my appetite hit on the way home. Weirdness set in when I realized I wasn't upset with myself. My main thoughts turned into, "Okay, so tomorrow I can exercise a little longer, then I'll be in the pool and making better food choices. The positive thinking is new for me; think it'll be good to keep up with.

    Best attitude to have is to just brush yaself off and get back on that horse :P. My first attempt at weight loss was unsuccessful because I was too embarassed because I made one teeny mistake and used that as an excuse to make more. Bravo for owning up to your 'sins' hehe. We all have days like that - you have to indulge every now and again. You got the right attitude for this! You can do it! ^_^
