So this morning I ate a whole bag, probably about 2 pounds, of cherries...my tummy is not happy...and I ate about 3 pounds over two days last week. They're sooo good! I ate about 70 cherries this morning and when I entered it into the tracker, it was 300 calories!! EEK! At least they were healthy calories.
Breakfast today was typical-Kashi with coffee. Lunch as a ham and cheese wrap and cottage cheese. I wasn't that hungry after eating all those cherries lol...not sure what dinner will be...I get off work at 5:30 then I'm going to K-Mart with a friend, so I probably won't be home until at least 7:00...definitely won't want to cook...and I doubt I'll be that hungry...a Clif bar and a banana sounds pretty good...
Dinner last night was REALLY good...I cooked up a chicken breast on the stove in a pan with some water Adobo, pureed garlic, and a bit of margarine. It was incredibley flavorful and juicy...then I cut an acorn squash in half, put a bit of margarine and brown sugar in the middle, then turned the half upside down and microwaved it for about 5 minutes. YUMMMMY! Healthy food can be incredibley delicious and satisfying!
