Today my little took her first full pee in the potty, not a tinkle,, ,yea!!!! As for me I am doing very well, My trainer has been out of town, and i don't quite have the courage to go to the MMA gym by myself. Why? Well its small, so if no one is there they keep it closed, which is usually at the early morning hours i want to go. Two it really is a guys gym,, I think I am like one out of 5 girls there. Finally there are more than your usual amount of gym guys who look like giant mafia thugs ready to pounce on me in the night ( ok so I exaggerate, but you get the idea) Anyway its intimidating..

Anyway I am proud b/c I have been doing really well by myself at home.. The heat has been ridiculous, or I have been all inside. All 3 day I hit the treadmill, and today too,, One day I did an entire spark people video. Another day I did my own little bootcamp work out.. I took my own exercises , and one that I k now my trainer would have me do. Anyway when my trainer gets back,, he will be so proud! Just like me!!
