30 DS Level 1, Day 5

Last night I went out to dinner with a bunch of girl friends, then we came back to my house and talked for a long time & some of them stayed the night (hubby went for a guy night with his brother). My SIL & I stayed up talking until 3:00am, but it was much needed catch up time. This morning we had a late breakfast, then went to the pool & out to lunch. When we were trying to decide where to eat for lunch, I suggested a place with a good salad. YAY!! By the time my SIL left this afternoon, it was 3:30pm. I hadn't planned on working out today at all and just taking a rest day, but decided I could try and just take it easy.
I did 30DS level 1, day 5 (half way through, hooray!), but I only followed Jillian for about half the routine before I decided to do my own thing. I concentrated on abs. For some reason, ab workouts have always been my favorite of the specific ST work outs. I like crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches, etc. So, even though I modified my workout today, I still felt productive & I was proud that I worked out instead of just throwing in the towel and calling it a day.
