Challenge begins 7/16/11. For the 8 weeks of the challenge I commit to exercising 30 minutes/day six days a week.
The exercises I love to do are yoga, bicycling, walking, hiking, swimming.
I commit to log every bite, lick, nibble and taste either in my personal journal or using the on line tracker.
I commit to endeavoring to eat 1500 calories day/or less. This is the key to my weight loss success, and what keeps me from losing. I've got the exercising down. Eating at night after I get home from work is a big habit I will change.
I will check in daily to my Shooting Star team to support others and receive motivation and inspiration.
My motto this challenge .... endeavor to persevere.
