Hi Spark friends! Time sure flies when you are having fun! (-: It is hard to believe, but
it is three months today since I had my knee replacement. Amazing what they can do
now a days for knees. My surgery went well and P.T. did too. I will still be doing p.t. at home until next Spring. They say it takes a year to fully recover. However, I am 95% better. There are only a few things that are still hard to do for me. Even though my surgery and p.t. took much time away from my regular exercise, I know I will be back in the groove slowly one day at a time now. By mid August I will be back to my YMCA class, "Fitness after 50" and loving every minute of it.
So, WW points plus has been my plan and I'm tracking on paper (notebook) and also in Spark nutrition for now. Once I get a better feel of my portions and points plus, again, I will just do my tracking only with WW PP. It takes a lot of time to do both. It is the best plan for me and I know "I can do it." Five a day fruits and veggies and 8 glasses of water really help fill me up. Thanks for being here "Spark" and I have great hopes for better health and thinner days ahead as I begin anew.
