well i am now on day 1 of my 8th week of he 8 week diabetic challange. i have lost 5 lbs, my blood sugar is in the normal range or low w/only 1 shot of lantus a day. i am walking 45 to 50 minutes daily and aiming for an hour. i am doing 30 minutes of exercises, stretchews and the body recall program and enjoying it. i am eating anywhere from 5 to 7 helpings of fruits, veggies a day and drinking 8 plus glasses of water roday. i think i am on to something good as the song goes. hope to keep this up for the rest of my life. it is the way to go. i feel so much better about myself and just generally. thank you sparks. you have a wonderful program.
