WOW it's been quite some time since I last wrote.
Many things have been happening in my life. But I'll just comment on my weight loss...lbs and food and exercise. So here's the summary:
So I've lost and gained. Never reaching my highest of 227 again, but never getting below 200 lbs.
I'm stronger, I've been able to lift more, endure longer hours and walk a lot further than I had in such a long time.
And today I say
to not losing the pounds.
to the 200's we've been together too long!
100's again. I really pray that by summer's end I WILL SEE the 100's again! Hey I'll be happy with being 199 for longer than a day!
So hopefully I will be able to have success. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Oh and my Oncologist is tweeking some of my meds so hopefully this will help too.
