I have been eating like half the calories I normally do. Not intentionally really. I have been eating healthy and I'm not as hungry. I guess I need to get to eating closer to my low end goal. It just seems odd to eat just to bring my calories up. Yesterday I just couldn't force myself to eat anymore. I'm eating at least 3 meals a day is this going to mess me up if I'm not hungry?
