I have been eating like half the calories I normally do. Not intentionally really. I have been eating healthy and I'm not as hungry. I guess I need to get to eating closer to my low end goal. It just seems odd to eat just to bring my calories up. Yesterday I just couldn't force myself to eat anymore. I'm eating at least 3 meals a day is this going to mess me up if I'm not hungry?

I don't think so. I am having the same thing. That much food was like overflowing me so I changed the calorie range and have been ok so far. Mind you when I have intense days at the gym I want to eat quite a bit and have been sticking to no food after 7 pm. So far so good. You are doing GREAT!! YEY

Everyone is different - but the tried and true advice is to make sure you are getting to at least your minimum calorie range. You could eat more calorie dense foods (nuts for example) or try adding in a couple of snacks.

While that is the standard, good advice, I have found that my body tends to go through cycles of hungry/not hungry. When I'm hungry, I eat in the middle of or near the top of my calorie range and when I'm not hungry it's a struggle to get to the minimum. I finally started fasting during the not hungry times - I have coffee for breakfast, a piece of fruit for lunch, then a normal dinner. It's working for me, but many people with much more knowledge advise against it.
