Well I started to take my weight loss serious today cause today is my Bday and I turned 29 today so I am wanting to start to take control of my health and weight.
I went last week 2 days for a hour walk so 2 hours of walking adding up last week and today I went for another hour walk :) So thats a start with my exercise and I plan to keep it up. I have the treadmill here and my walking dvds and workout dvds and my Zumba at home for back up if I dont feel like a walk or I can do it with it right? Feels good. I am so tired out when I get home from the heat but its worth it and I always take my water with me when I go so thats good. Lets see how much I loose from my walks.
Well yesterday I had multigrain cheerios for breakfast and then sausage and rice for dinner. I watched my portions and I had lots of water and green tea :) Gonna keep up with my det Ill keep you posted k :)
Todays Weight: 140
Hoping next weeks weight will be 137 to 138 lets see right?
Waist measurement: 38
Hoping to get down to 35 I know inches matter most also.
