After being stuck at 166 for over a month, last week I was down a pound. This week I weighted in at 164. It's official, I have lost 30 pounds since I started sparkpeople!
I don't know how much more I can lose. My obliques and upper abs stand out but my lower abs are still hiding under a layer of fat that lives around my belly button. My belly button is mocking me!
My wife thinks I am starting to look too thin, but she is happy about the increase in size of my arms and chest. I my have to cut back on the bench press I seem to have strained my left pectoral muscle. I will have to see how it feels on Wednesday.
Well that's my happy dance, now back to work.
