Yes, the Evil Powder Donuts won the battle last night, ate just one, which started the ball rolling, before I knew it I have eaten 5, and two large sugar cinnamon cookies too. I did so well over the weekend usually my big down fall, so I weigh myself on Mondays now, this helps keep me on track through the weekend.

Before I would beat my self up, and talk to my self like I would not allow any one else to. But today, I know it is all a journey, learning from those mistakes; no I can’t just eat one yet, maybe someday I will be able to do that but not today… oh well better today than yesterday. I know I have no control over sweets yet, so today I have Greek yogurt for breakfast today.

    I'm glad you didn't beat yourself up over this. Just so you know that you are not alone in this - Powdered cinnamon donuts are my downfall as well.
