This summer has just been so darn hectic! This month in particular has been crazy, I've seen the Foo Fighters and gone to London Film & Comic Con - I met Mark Sheppard, Brent Spiner and Karen Gillan this year!!
The next few weeks are going to be just as hectic, every single week for the next 5 weeks there is something going on and I have 10 weeks until my next holiday away, but I'll get to that in a sec.
Most exciting thing? My dad is coming to the UK for work and having a week off to spend with me! I'm really happy about it, it's been a year and a half since I saw him last and I'm really looking forward to the time I'm going to spend with him. It's much needed and couldn't have come at a better time.
So the next 10 weeks. I'm working towards losing 2lbs a week.
I have every single day's workout planned out and on my calendar. Gym 3-4 times a week (strength training), cardio at least 3 hours a week, plus 30 minutes of Abs classes each week this month. Sundays are my rest days.
I'm going to eat as clean as possible. For me, clean eating is foods that I know exactly what each ingredient is and where it came from. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, lean meat and cutting out most sugar and processed foods.
Today was day 1, I did OK. I had a few biscuits and a piece of strawberry cheesecake, but otherwise my food was what I'm aiming for. I got to the gym and did my abs class. I was *just* within my calorie range for the day according to SP, so I'm not going to beat myself up too much.
