What can I do more?

So these past few months ever since I have started taking kick boxing. I have been really concentrating on do IT this time. I am tired of starting and failing in this journey.

So with the motivation kickboxing has given me I can't give up, BUT I just feel like I am not seeing the results I want to see and it discourages me.

I have for over a year now want to run. I tried last year and hurt my knee so I didn't do it anymore. I now I am too scared. But I want to do it.

I know it will help me.

What give you motivation???

    Do you have a pool or access to a pool? I have a friends who does aqua jogging and another suggested it to me. If possible, you could try that and maybe it could ease you into jogging. Basically, just take things at your own pace. You can do it!

    I think you are doing a wonderful job with your kickboxing! Having added a new day to the schedule is bound to show results quicker! Keep up the great work and it will come....you actually are motivating me!!
