So these past few months ever since I have started taking kick boxing. I have been really concentrating on do IT this time. I am tired of starting and failing in this journey.
So with the motivation kickboxing has given me I can't give up, BUT I just feel like I am not seeing the results I want to see and it discourages me.
I have for over a year now want to run. I tried last year and hurt my knee so I didn't do it anymore. I now I am too scared. But I want to do it.
I know it will help me.
What give you motivation???
