Stick with calories

Usually is that you want to eat more than you normally are allowed. Today it happened the other way around...I eat very little fom breakfast and lunch but soon after I started to resent it. So, I had to compensate at dinner...I think is one of the few times I know I have to eat more - so had an extra yogurt. Hope that was enough.
So, a word of advice: donīt eat more but donīt eat less either!
