As some of you may know I've gotten a gym buddy and been going for a month and a half! The best part is that she is also my roommate. We help each other and motivate each other. I'm seeing some good results, but I still have a ways to go.
This weekend I got some vitamins. I'm thinking that my body may not have been getting everything it needs. I also got some calcium chews because I know that I'm always low on calcium. (and they are really yummy)
I will keep you posted on my progress!
