yay, I can see my ankles again!
I only lost one more pound of water weight but that's okay.
I can move, and walk again without the water weight pressing on the tops of my feet.
I started working out with the SPARKPEOPLE CARDIO DVD I won on the bonus spin.
I chose the simple routine - indoor walking exercises.
I ONLY LASTED TEN MINUTES... and MOST of that was the WARM-UP.
I'm going to stick with it every day, and eventually work with it several times a day.
MY BIG PROBLEM since joining SP
has been my lack of commitment and consistency.
Until I keep my determination every day, I won't progress,
and I'll keep losing and gaining that SAME 30 POUNDS.
I do learn from my mistakes.
THIRD TIME is a charm - so I'm now CHARMED. hah hah YAY
