WooHoo! I can hardly wait to meet my new teammates!
Summer 5% Challenge Commitment:
I will walk daily, use my Mini Trampoline daily, continuing to count calories
I will log my fitness minutes daily & do the additional daily challenges to support my team
New Target Date - August 10, 2011
Eat between 1250 and 1600 calories daily
Burn 2800 weekly (400 daily)
I needed to rethink my goals - I was trying to lose too much too quickly, I should have known better. I think this is what triggered my binging. I am not supposed to lose more than 3/4 pound a week :(
I need a calorie deficit of 2625 per week -
hmmmm ok, that should be a 375 calorie deficit daily.
P.S. I will take any loss and be thrilled!!
