Pound gained instead of lost shock....

I know, I know, I know...... it happens. it's ok. Just keep moving in the direction of self-care, choose healthy snacks, keep to the program's calorie intake suggestion, exercise......... just keep doing what I'm doing (with a little more ice cream portion control - please) Just don't give up!!!
But I feel crummy and sad and defeated about it anyway.
Well, I'm going to allow a pity party of about 30 minutes this morning and then move on. Darn. I wanted to see at least a pound gone..... maybe my self pity weighs 2 pounds (hahahaha)
