I know that the first few pounds are usually the easiest to come off, but I was still quite pleased when I weighed myself yesterday and discovered I had lost 5 pounds already. I had came back to sparkpeople on Tuesday, so that is noticeable progress!!! I prefer to keep Saturday as my weigh in day so I don't forget to weigh in. During the school year week day mornings are sometimes a little chaotic. Anyway, this is the kick I needed to keep me going!
