As I was tweaking today's Countdown Assignment, I realized this challenge ends on 9/10/11. Auspicious? I find it curiously so. I had a goal to walk 16 miles by 10/9/11. Earlier today I thought about changing that date to the last day of the challenge. ( I hadn't checked to see what the end date was). I hope this serendipitous little coincidence is truly serendipitous for everyone in the challenge!

Target Weight: 202 pounds
By When: September 10, 2011
Calories Eaten: Eat between 1280 and 1630 calories per day
Calories Burned: Burn 1670 calories per week
Weight Progress: Go from 213 to 202 by 9/10/11
9/10/11 How cool is that!
I will lose 10.6 pounds to achieve my 5% weight loss?
213 X .05 = 10.6 pounds
So with some daily exercise, and 1280 and 1630 calories per day, I can lose 10.6 pounds in 8 weeks.
