Been back on SP for 3 weeks now. In this time I have eliminated my use of artificial sweeteners and paid attention to portion sizes. Instead of having that starving feeling that I expected, I have found that i am not craving sugary foods. I did have a moment where I really wanted ice cream but waited it out and had a peach instead. The surprising part - it worked!!!! This surprised me greatly because I am a "don't want to live in a world without icecream" kinda person. I truly believe that getting back to real sugar has helped me reduce cravings. Aha!
