Knowing me, my weekends are diet disaster.
Breaking fro m the week day routine and stepping onto the tarmac of a weekend is my major downfall.
I lterally fall off the wagon, I have anxiety attacks coz I anticipate failure. Weekends are my enemy, hence I constantly have to think of creating diversions.
Diversion number one:
Get out of the house fast and as early as possible.
Diversion number two:
make lunch and dinner the night before same as during the week.
Deversion number three:
put everything in lunch boxes even the snacks to keep myself from scouting the kitchen for food.
Diversion number four:
stay active whilst outside ,whether it is mall walking with no credit cards or cash for that matter.all the plastics are left at home. no chance for Mac D or Kentucky's.
or spend time with hubby whilst the son is riding and having the time of his life whilst we walk and talk and chase after him.Calories burned 300- 500.
I am a master of creating diversions never allowing the weekend to get me distracted into foodarama.
I am but a weakling so need the discipline hence DIVERSION.
