For the next week or two I plan to blog my food and exercise--it will be boring (if anyone reads it-lol) but it is what I need to do.....so without further ado here is Day #3.

I worked a 10 hour shift today. I tend to eat more when I work. I am not sure why.
Today I tracked my food and ate healthy. I ate more then I intended to, but I still was within my spark calorie range (although I was above my own personal calorie goal which I have set a lower than the spark suggestion). So, I wish I had eaten a about 300 less calories, but what I did eat was 95% clean and 100% healthy...plus no binging on concentrated sweets such as candy 9which was readily available today at work). A victory compared to the last month and a half to say the least!
~ 1 cup Fage non-fat yogurt mixed with fresh blueberry puree and stevia
~homemade banana raisin muffin
~coffee with stevia and ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
~Coconut orange quinoa (quinoa made with OJ, 1/2 fresh orange topped with a sprinkle of coconut and cinnamon)
~ 1 cup Homemade veggie pasta salad with 2 oz. chicken
~1 cup grapes
~1/3 of a peeled cucumber cut up
~5 cheery tomatoes
~2 Tbsp. hummus
~Thai coconut chicken
~1/3 cup brown rice
1/3 cup peas
~1 small banana
~mini lemon zest lara bar
~0.5 oz cashews
I also had lots of water a couple of glasses of crystal light and some herbal tea with stevia.
Total calories: 1683
Carbs: 248 g
Fat: 54 g
Protein: 93 g
Sodium: 1149 mg
~Elliptical 30 minutes
~walk 5 min
Not a great day,,,but not a horrible day either. I just need to tighten up my nutrition a bit. It took me more then one day to lose my healthy lifestyle momentum, so it will take more then one day to get it back.
Onward and upward!
