Well, I finally got back on the treadmill today - and it felt good! I was very good about my eating and tracking until supper time. I ate some leftovers from Ihop and I'm quite certain that filled my quota of fat for the day. I probably ate too much at dinner, but I am not throwing in the towel on my day. I finished my water for the day and have resisted the urge to snack this evening. Tomorrow's another day - and I'm looking forward to doing some more exercise! I know my eating won't be perfect, but I'm giving myself permission to not track it all -a s long as I don't go overboard and loose sight of my goals.
