Boy time sure does fly by when you are busy. I don't know where this week went. I like staying busy though. It keeps me out of the fridge and the food. I find that I eat our of boredom more then for any other reason. I know that I need to stay active and keep my mind occupied or it tends to wander to food.
I guess you could say I have a food addiction. No, I know I have a food addiction. I think that's what is making it so hard. Well, they say know is half the battle. Now that I know I have this addiction, I need a better plan of action. This is a work in progress, I am trying to fill up my days as much as I can. That is helping the most.
I've also figured out that I do better at getting my workouts in if someone else is depending on me to perform. I have a walking partner and I don't like to disappoint her, so I'm there every day. The virtual walk on the Maine team also helps, they need my miles to move us closer to our destination.
So by staying occupied and keeping my mind busy, maybe I can lick this weight once again. They say the third times the charm. I hope so. Spark on!
