Life has been hitting me hard lately. I don't mean with extremely high stress situations or anything, just REALLY busy. I have not been putting my fitness near the top of my priority list and as a result I have stalled out. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. I am completing some projects this weekend and will be ready to move fitness/nutrition back up the priority list.
