Another week down!

Life has been hitting me hard lately. I don't mean with extremely high stress situations or anything, just REALLY busy. I have not been putting my fitness near the top of my priority list and as a result I have stalled out. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. I am completing some projects this weekend and will be ready to move fitness/nutrition back up the priority list.

    You can get back to what you were doing, I know it! :) Just try to figure out how you can get some shorter workouts in or prepare some foods in advance. Hang in there. Maintaining once in a while isn't bad!

    You do as much as you can, when you can. And that's progress even on days where you really can't do a thing. :)Way to go on staying positive!

    Life has a way of doing that far too often sometimes! Been in a similar mode since returning from vacation...paying for it! But I've been keep moving forward any way that I can!

    Life has been both busy and stressful here. And it at least helps my appetite disappear. Good luck next week!
