May 14th I graduated from college after setting out three years ago to finally finish my Bachelors Degree. While in school I struggled to keep up with my workouts, work schedule and homework needs. I first sacrificed sleep and then came my work outs. When school was done I bought a road bike for a graduation present and found some people to bike with. Although I'm biking 100 miles per week I'm still struggling to take off the 15 pounds I gained over the last year and a half and its directly related to my eating habits. I'm logging my calories again, but this time I also set some short term goals.
