60 Days of Summer Challenge
Goals

I have several goals that I will work my hardest on this summer. I am going to try writing them down and noting (for myself) how it is going, to keep myself accountable.

Track my food and exercise. This is the ONLY way I have made weight loss progress. At this point of my life, I am someone who is happy to lose weight slowly, if I don't feel obsessed over "dieting" or deprived, or even really hungry routinely. So, I hang out in the higher range of my SP calorie range. But, when I go over, by 100+ calories, I don't lose weight. And I have found I can eat A LOT more than that and still maintain. So, tracking and hitting around 1550 is a goal for me. Because I HATE to be "good" and "on track" all day and just miss my calorie range. GRRR.

Work on my dissertation proposal 6/7 days.

Develop a long term family financial plan and work it, weekly. Look into what my job offers, advice wise.

Spend quality time with my family. At least one fun activity with the girls each day. Today we are making Indian lamb korma and two types of nan for the first time. Tomorrow are planning to paint paintings on canvas. We are enjoying the YMCA. (Do this on a budget and with a smile).
