Daughter's wall

Wednesday, July 06, 2011

Well I have the mural about half way complete. It would be done, but she keeps asking for more things to be added, a road, a carriage with horses pulling it, a duck pond with ducks. A giant - I told her no on the giant, she can draw a giant herself once I give the chalkboard portion a couple more coats of paint. But I am getting there when I have a spare moment in between everything else.

But your only a kid once, a bit a paint isn't much, but the memory of Mom painting a princess castle on her wall will be remembered throughout her life. Funny how the things that don't cost much mean the most.

The wall is awesome. You are so talented. Do post a photo when it is completed.

I am so impressed.

Now when she goes to bed at night she can dream of her fairy tale land. Looks emoticon she will have hours of fun drawing and soon her ABCs and 1+1=2 such a fun time for her. Sandy
