I am having a great week. Since Sunday I have exercised for 1 hour and felt great. Lifting weights and working on the Couch Potato to 5K program. It has been just over 1 month of my getting back on track and I have been eating healthy, making good choices. If I slipped I never let it get me down and I usually never went over my calories for the day. I am so proud of myself.
