Bootcamp Part II

Well I am starting week 4 of my 10 week bootcamp session. I completed the 6 week session so I guess I am really on week 10, with 6 more to go! I have lost an additional 3 pounds, for a total of 11 since starting the camp. It's been slow, but I am definitely feeling stronger and more energetic and my clothes fit better. It's all good. I feel I am finally back on a healthy track after many months of falling off the wagon. How are you all doing out there? Hope things are going well for everyone...it truly is a journey... emoticon

    Great job with the boot camp! 3 pounds is awesome and you should be proud of yourself. Remember, within that 3 lbs lost, you have probably gained a decent amount of muscle. Keep up the great work!!
    Oh, and did you do other measurements before starting the camp? Sometimes inches are lost more than weight, as you tone up and get more fit.

    Me, exercise has been on the back burner for me for a bit, though now that it's summer I have been getting in a lot of swimming and treading water.
