Helping Others....

Tuesday, July 05, 2011

Good Tuesday Sparkfam! I like this quote but some times find it hard to help others. Especially when I know they have spoken ill against me. So how do you help those who have rubbed you the right way? All advice & tips are welcomed. I am at a difficult crossroads these days MIL. Would like to help but knowing what I know holds me back from being the sweetheart I KNOW I am. lol

Today is going to be a big workout day with kickboxing w/Cathe & Ripped in 30 Days Jillian burning plenty of the holiday calories. What are you guys doing to offset the calories you have taken in?

God bless & enjoy everyday!

Dee

...as for me, the Lord Jesus has given me the ability to love the other person...because truthfully the ones who love daily drama are the ones who live lonely lives....they are full of pain and in need of love so badly.
It is amazing how God truly can cause you to love your enemies, but I testify that He can and does!! I Praise Him....He keeps me tickin'.

I'll be praying for you to have fellowship with His Spirit and that He gives you a word for the person that has injured you. emoticon

....Fantastic Fitness, Dee!!!

For me it's very hard to help someone who has spoken against me, I take things very personally , especially if I am good to them and they talk about me to others. Hope You had fun with you son @ the movies! Keep up the great work Dee! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Personally, I use Ho'oponopono. I say it to myself everytime I get a negative thought of any kind. I try to say it to myself all day, but of course sometimes I have to focus on other things. It has really helped me achieve a more positive attitude and it is very simple. You simply say to yourself "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you."

You are speaking to the divine, whatever you consider that to be. Here is what it means.

Whatever it is in me that contributes to this situation, I'm am sorry. Please forgive me for my part in it. Thank you for taking care of it for me. I love you for always being there and taking care of me.

You are not accepting blame or guilt, simply accepting that you are responsible for your life and can change it. It really works mirracles. If you want more information let me know and I'll send you some links.

Whatever it is in me that causes you to hang onto your negative feelings, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.
