i started with exams in May and i passed the semester well. i have started with 2nd semester. the downside is the 7 or so kgs i lost from Jan till April, are back. I ate bad and stopped going to the gym cos i wanted to have more time for the books. And then the whole of june i was on a "break" from everything...
today i am starting again. I have a Radio 702 Walk the Talk 8km on the 24th so i need to work on my endurance and fitness as a whole.
