Well I have been back at the gym now for a month, so I did my weigh in and measurements. My weight didn't go down but I lost 6.8cm, so that just go to show that it doesn't always show on the scales. I am determined to not only lose more cm this month but also to lose it in the kgs as well.
Sometimes when you look at the scales you get a bit depressed because there seems to be no change even though you are exercising and watching what you eat, so you think what is the point. But as I have just seen with my weigh in, that it may not show on the scales but my measurements have gone down.
Now I am trying to eat to my Blood Group, so that will be interesting to see how that goes.
So my goal this week is to lose at least 1kg.
