Happy 4th to all my SP friends! Hope you are making it a safe one!
I started mine with a bang-I worked out! I worked out for the first time in over a month. I've started one of the Beachbody workouts called Body Gospel. I have a dear friend who was kind enough to agree to keep me accountable to my commitments for the next 4 weeks. They are to be done weekly so here they are:
Write 3 spiritual, 3 fitness and 3 personal goals at the beginning of each week
1.Talk with God every morning
2.Set up a plan and read the Bible daily
3.Read a Positive Thought every day
1.Exercise 6 days starting Monday-Body Gospel
2.On workdays, get up 2x's an hour and walk down the hall and back
3.Exercise with a purpose-think about the muscles being used and push to the
fullest without causing injury to myself
1.Focus on my quote in times of worry-Be still and know that He is here
2.Look at life in a positive not a negative-speak in a positive
3.Continue reading Made To Crave
So there you have it...I am also finding, that I really need to find my purpose in life. I need to get my behind in better shape so I can really focus on that!
