Today I exercised my constitutional right to CLEAN MY HOUSE. Haha. I got up at 6:30 this morning and by 10:30 Mike and I have already:
super scrubbed my floors and towel-dried them
vacuumed every room
gotten the dishs done
made breakfast
started a brisket
cleaned the kitchen
cleaned the bathrooms
scrubbed the kitchen table down and oiled it
dusted
shipped Will off to the parade
picked up Will's playroom
etc etc etc

The best part of all this is that I did all of tis and I FEEL FINE. I am not exhausted or dying to lay down.... I am not regretting the work I did because now I won't have energy for the rest of the day! It is SO COOL!

I so get you on the using different muscles lol. Picking beans has caused me to build my muscles in the BACK of my legs. From all that bending over. It's built back muscles too. All that hoeing has built arm, chest, back, and shoulder muscles too! Bending and stooping, hoeing and picking... oh my! And it keeps getting easier and easier too.

I am so proud of you. You are doing sooo good! Of course, I knew you would though. Getting up early is a cool thing in itself. Maybe you can get in the habit of it and feel better all day? Anyway, great job and keep up the good work!

Greg.. I SO wish I could say that it is still clean NOW. As of when you asked, if was... but the weekend...................... yea... weekends. *Sigh*

Today I am doing laundry and I need to vacuum again and dust. Woohoo?

Ok...I haven't been able to get on Spark too much this week. It's now Friday the 8th....and I am wondering....

...is your house still clean?!?!?!

Heh. I have to admit, being the clean freak of the family...I was stoked to see someone so excited about cleaning. (OK...so it was not so much being excited about cleaning as much as excited about being healthy and not getting tired really...but...cleaning is awesome!)

All that cleaning and your nailpolish doesn't even have a chip! How do you do that? YAY healthy! I hate to clean, but I can tell ya there is nothing that feels as good as a clean house that you did all the work on!

A clean house is so great, isn't it? And my theory on laundry is you should finish naked so all the clothing in your house is clean at the same time. Never done it, but a good theory, huh?

Awesome! I know you felt great to clean the house and stand back and look at that accomplishment. There is nothing like entering and smelling a clean house!
