So 8-10 were a roller coaster of PMDD induced mood swings. I ended up eating out a lot just as a social thing with my coworker and my husband during these last days. I was definitely over my calories.
I've decided to start over. Not because I've had bad days. (I've kept up with my fitness and cleaning/cooking goals.) I want to start over for goal tracking because it's so convenient to track mileage monthly on Sparkpeople. Also I'm joining a gym tomorrow.
So tomorrow will be Day 1- and Day 12. I think I'm past the bad part of the 30 days, and I'm super excited about the gym.
