I was in the truck with a bunch of teen age girls. We wear going to see Monti Carlo. I think the only conversation during a 30 mil trip was"I like your facebook status"

OK I think I am the only person under the age of 90 that dose not have a cell phone, facebook page, Twitter account. Hell I don't even have a e-bay account. Don't get me wrong I think it is great that you can make friends with people around country and the world. (like all the great people I have got to know on SP)

I remember as a kid growing up in the 80s. We never called our friends we rode are bike to their houses. We did not sit around for days on end playing video games. (my son just got of of a 24 hour game session at a friends house). We did not pop in a movie. We got a game of baseball going with the kids around the neighbor hood. If we went to see a movie it took 5 hours of walking around the mall to decide on what to see.

I know things have changed. I know for most family's both parent work. And are GREAT COUNTRY is not as safe as it use to be. But their is some thing wrong when you have a truck full of girls and they are to busy playing with their phones to talk to one another.
