Analysis/Notes

Another great week workout-wise. And I'm now finished the Burn Phase (month 1) of ChaLEAN Extreme!! I'm so proud of myself for finishing month 1 and all of my workouts for the past four weeks.
I lost 2 lbs this week so I'm back down to where I was a couple of weeks ago which is good. Overall I lost 2.2 lbs, reduced my body fat by 1.1% and lost 5.25 inches during month 1 of ChaLEAN. I'll definitely take those results since it has been so long since my body fat has gone down as well as inches. The scale is also finally moving past that dreaded plateau I've been stuck at for the last year. I can't wait to see what happens with month 2 of ChaLEAN Extreme.
Month 2 starts Monday and I can't wait. I'm taking a much-needed rest day tomorrow so I will be ready to hit it hard with the Push phase where it is all about lifting super heavy. My goal this coming week is to continue my progress by completing all workouts and keeping an handle on my eating.
