July calorie deficit, here I come

Yupp, I'm at it again!
I'm posting my calorie deficit each day, it helps me stay on track. Nuff said!

July 1, Friday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 +700 = 2560
Calories Consumed = 1800

Calorie Deficit = - 760

[I felt a little hungry before going to bed, which usually makes me jump up and eat something, but i read some good magazines and had some good quality time (wink) with my hun, so i quickly forgot about it]


July 2, Saturday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 350 = 2210
Calories Consumed = 1750

Calorie Deficit = -460


July 3, Sunday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 0 = 1860
Calories Consumed = 1860

Calorie Deficit = 0 (seriously)


July 4, Monday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 600 = 2460
Calories Consumed = 2100

Calorie Deficit = - 360

[this should be higher but my honey started eating pist5achio nuts right next to me while we were watching a movie and i love pistachio nuts...i ended up eating almost 2 ounces...also, during the day on the road, i could resist eating ice cream...but still this deficit is better than none, it's the lower level of 'good' for me, but good nonetheless]


July 5, Tuesday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 550 = 2410
Calories Consumed = 2035

Calorie Deficit = -375

[the day went well but I ate more (healthy) snacks during the night than planned and I ended up with a smaller deficit (i planned 800 kcal deficit but ended up with 375). I should plan more food for the afternoon because that's when i'm at home and i only eat in a hurry at work so it doesn't satisfy me too much, but at home i like to enjoy food - and not just a little of it - but i think that's okay if i stay in the calorie range...]


July 6, Wednesday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 650 = 2510
Calories Consumed = 2965

Calorie Deficit = + 455


July 7, Thursday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 0 = 1860
Calories Consumed = 2475

Calorie Deficit = + 615

[who knew the nachos they serve in cinemas is 500 kcal/100 gr, serving size 230 (!!) grams, plus 110 gr cheese dip (with 180 kcal/100 gr)] - this means i consumed 1335 kcal with ONE serving of nachos. F**k them!


July 8, Friday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 560 = 2420
Calories Consumed = 2300

Calorie Deficit = -120

[super long day, thank god it's over with a deficit - no matter how small it is]


July 9, Saturday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 815 = 2675
Calories Consumed = 2295

Calorie Deficit = - 380


July 10, Sunday
BMR + Calories Burned = 1860 + 0 = 1860
Calories Consumed = 2645

Calorie Deficit = + 785

[this ain't good, i'm not gonna get results like this, i need to eat LESS!!!]
