Yup bombed this with only 21 cups of water and then at least 1 bottle of wine... whooops!
A = Accumulate 120 cardio exercise minutes = 20pts.
Totally got this in with my hike yesterday we did 150 minutes so 20 points here!
R = Reinforce your upper body, lower body, and core in some SERIOUS strength training (at least 2 sets of 12 of 5 exercises per zone) = 10pts.

D = Discuss your thoughts with your teammates on our team thread (post) at least 2 times = 10pts.
Nope... think I only posted once this weekend...
C = Count and log every single calorie that enters your mouth AND stay in range every day = 20pts.
Guess I loose out on this one cause I did not count Friday or Sunday
O = Organize 2 small areas in your home – organization projects should take LESS THAN 15 min. = 10pts. DONE
R = Revitalize yourself with at least 12 servings of veggies (fruits not included) = 10pts. Easily did this one!
E = Enrich yourself with at least 7 hours of sleep per night = 10pts.
Not feeling so hot and didnt sleep well all weekend so didn't get these points either.
so I only got 40/100 for this challenge, not so hot but Im ok with it. I will have a better weekend next weekend.
