Today I read the blog of a lady my age who has lost 100 pounds in the past year or so. This has inspired me to recommit to myself. I've been tracking my food and am mindful of the quantity I'm consuming - so that's good. I need to get back to a better exercise routine. I have to schedule the time in my day to make it happen. SparkPeople provides so many wonderful tools. My husband and I are benefitting from this wonderful site. I tell people about it whenever I can.
